How do I return an item?

You may return any eligible item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Certain products such as customized or intimate goods are not returnable.

How do I pack an item for return?

Use the original packaging where possible. Ensure the product is secure to avoid damage during transit.

Returning as a registered customer:

• Login to your account and go to My Orders.
• Select the product and click “Return Item”.
• We will email you a prepaid return label.
• Print and attach the label to your package, and drop it at a return point.

Returning as a guest:

• Email us at info@meditip.store with your order details.
• We will send you a return label with further instructions.

Refund timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of returned items. You will be notified via email once the refund is issued.
